Overview :

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable Podcast Host to join our dynamic team at POD61. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for storytelling, engaging discussions, and exploring diverse topics through the medium of podcasts. The Podcast Host will be responsible for developing, producing, and hosting podcasts that resonate with our audience and maintain high production standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize and develop engaging podcast themes and episode outlines in collaboration with the production team.

  • Host podcast episodes, effectively guiding conversations, interviewing guests, and ensuring a coherent and engaging narrative.

  • Work closely with sound engineers and editors to oversee the post-production process, ensuring the final product meets the quality standards of Zuntra Digital.

  • Actively participate in promoting the podcast through various channels, including social media, to increase listenership and audience engagement.

  • Gather and respond to listener feedback to refine and improve the podcast content and format.

  • Stay updated with the latest podcasting trends and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and reach of the podcast.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a podcast host, radio host, or similar role, with a portfolio of past episodes or projects.

  • Strong communication and interviewing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of guests and topics.

  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities to manage multiple episodes and projects simultaneously.

  • Technical familiarity with podcast recording and editing equipment is a plus.

  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a creative team.

  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
