Overview :

Zuntra Digital is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products and platforms. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with development, product, and operations teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality.

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  • Ensure software meets business requirements and user expectations.

  • Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results.

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment processes.

  • Continuously improve QA methodologies and testing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

  • Knowledge of manual and automation testing concepts.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with automation tools (Selenium or similar).

  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
