Overview :

Zuntra Digital is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to strategic business expansion. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate company growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

  • Understand client business needs and propose customized digital solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.

  • Track and update all sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Master of Business Administration) – Mandatory

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Marketing

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and sales cycle management

  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills

  • Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively
