Overview :
Zuntra Digital is seeking a proactive, target-driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to strategic business expansion. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate company growth.
Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

Understand client business needs and propose customized digital solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project execution.

Track and update all sales activities in CRM systems.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:

MBA (Master of Business Administration) – Mandatory

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or B2B Marketing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills :

Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or agency sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office

Understanding of B2B sales processes and sales cycle management

Strong presentation and persuasion skills

Ability to handle client objections and close deals effectively
