Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and resourceful Sales Enablement Manager to equip our sales teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to drive business growth. This role will focus on improving sales productivity, creating effective resources, and ensuring alignment between sales and marketing.
Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain sales enablement strategies, resources, and playbooks.

Collaborate with marketing to create impactful sales content and collateral.

Train sales teams on best practices, product knowledge, and value-based selling.

Implement sales tools and technologies to improve efficiency.

Track performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure alignment of messaging and strategy between sales, marketing, and product teams.
Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

No prior professional experience is required.

Strong communication, training, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
